We believe in fair partnerships. You don’t pay for clicking, browsing, or sending quotes. You only pay a small success fee when a client officially hires you.
Findmove.rs provides structure, profile information, and communication tools. Clients remain responsible for verifying movers, licenses, insurance, and suitability before entering any agreement.
Moving Company profiles can include uploaded trade-license status, portfolios, and ratings to support your own due diligence.
Platform messaging supports safer coordination and may be monitored for fraud prevention and non-circumvention enforcement.
Platform reviews and Google review data, where available, help clients compare public reputation signals.
Yes, Findmove.rs is free for clients to use. You can post a moving request, receive mover proposals, and use the platform workspace without client platform charges. You must still independently verify any mover before hiring.
No. Findmove.rs is an intermediary platform. We may collect and display moving company profile information, uploaded trade-license status, showcase projects, and review data, but we do not guarantee, supervise, certify, or control any mover or moving work.
Findmove.rs uses lead preferences to control who receives general client requests. Exact area matches are prioritized first. If a mover selects a city but no specific areas, they are treated as serving every area inside that city. Scope and minimum budget filters also apply. If a mover leaves all lead preferences empty, general leads fall back to wildcard matching until they narrow their settings.
Platform communications may be monitored and audited for security, fraud prevention, non-circumvention enforcement, and platform safety. This does not mean Findmove.rs manages the project, resolves disputes, or guarantees transaction safety.
We use a dynamic rating calculation that combines platform-submitted reviews after Findmove.rs moving engagements with external Google reviews fetched using a moving company's Google Place ID where available.
We cover all major residential and commercial areas in the UAE, including Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Business Bay, and more.
If a moving company is registered for VAT in the UAE with a valid TRN, customer-facing proposals display prices inclusive of 5% UAE VAT, and the platform fee (10%, min. AED 25, max. AED 350 cap per awarded order) is calculated strictly on the pre-VAT Net Work Value. If the mover is not VAT-registered, VAT is not charged. Platform commission invoices are issued as Commercial Invoices (VAT not charged — Platform not VAT-registered) until the platform completes its own VAT registration with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Once the Platform becomes VAT-registered, applicable 5% UAE VAT will be added to platform commission invoices, and valid UAE Tax Invoices will be issued.
